By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 556pub platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with 556pub's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the platform. • You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation or legal entity for the purpose of circumventing these terms;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from 556pub or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of 556pub or any affiliated company or game provider;
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

556pub reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where the player is found to be under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all transactions voided, and any balance forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 556pub platform. Creating multiple accounts (also referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") for any reason is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering a 556pub account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact email address and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

556pub implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, you will be required to verify your identity by submitting a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a UMID card, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) and a clear selfie photograph. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. 556pub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your login details.

All transactions on the 556pub platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 556pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 556pub does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which 556pub accepts no liability.

All funds deposited into a 556pub account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties, is strictly prohibited. 556pub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that appear inconsistent with a player's stated profile or past transaction history.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though 556pub reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches.

Withdrawals will only be processed for accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. 556pub targets a processing time of 15 minutes for verified GCash and Maya withdrawals; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, platform maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

556pub reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or where compliance with applicable law requires further investigation.

556pub offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be clearly set out in each individual promotion's terms at the time of offering.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 556pub promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available only to players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification;
• One bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;

All games on the 556pub platform are provided by certified third-party software providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated in real time. 556pub does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be declared void. 556pub will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve such situations fairly and promptly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 556pub platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal proceeds of illegal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gains must be reported and will be voided;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 556pub staff, support agents, or other players;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

556pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• Continued account operation poses a regulatory or compliance risk to 556pub;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires account restriction.

Players may voluntarily close their 556pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to applicable KYC verification. Balances in suspended or terminated accounts may be held pending investigation and may be forfeited where a breach of these terms is confirmed.

556pub provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Wagering Limits — restrict the maximum amount wagered per session;
• Session Time Limits — receive automatic alerts after a specified period of play;

• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account with no option for reinstatement.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible. Once self-excluded, you will not be permitted to open a new 556pub account. 556pub may share self-exclusion data with other PAGCOR-licensed operators in accordance with regulatory requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 556pub platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 556pub platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 556pub's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall be limited to the net amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

556pub shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data;

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

556pub processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the 556pub platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 556pub in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most account and transaction disputes can be resolved promptly through our customer support team. 556pub aims to provide a substantive response to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
